With the recent and possibly on-going public safety power shutoffs throughout Santa Cruz County, Second Harvest Food Bank would like to let all residents know that they can call our Community Food Hotline at (831) 662-0991 to find a local food distribution center in their neighborhood. We partner with over 100 local non profits and provide 90 of our own food distribution sites from the San Lorenzo Valley through the Pajaro Valley.

If you have been affected by the recent fires in Santa Cruz County. The California Department of Social Services agency approved automatic replacement of CalFresh benefits for households who has lost food as a result of the power outages and reside on the following zip codes; 95064; 95005; 95006; 95018; 95041; 95007; 95017; 95073; 95003 and 95066. These households can request a replacement of benefits within 10 days of the food loss. Call 1 (888) 421-8080 or visit one of the county walk in centers located at 18W Beach Street, Watsonville or 1020 Emeline Avenue, Santa Cruz.
