Paid Time Off

• Full-time employees accrue 15 days of vacation time their first year. Accrual rates increase after the first year and at milestones thereafter.
• Ten holidays per year
• Twelve sick days accrued per year
• Two floating holidays are available the second calendar year of employment

• Health Insurance We offer a choice of seven medical plans across Silver, Gold, and Platinum coverage levels. The Food Bank contributes an amount equal to 90% of the employee premium and 80% of the dependent premium for the Kaiser Gold-level base plan, which can be applied toward the plan of your choice.
