Paid Time Off

  • Full-time employees accrue 15 days of vacation time their first year. Accrual rates increase after the first year and at milestones thereafter.

  • Health Insurance Second Harvest offers four Gold-rated medical plans through Kaiser and Blue Shield covered at 80%–90%, depending on the plan
