How do I register for a drive?
It’s easy, Register at www.thefoodbank.org/hero. When you register your drive, you’ll set a fundraising goal, and can also get supplies, a tour, or volunteer experience and get access to our toolkit, full of tips & resources to make your drive a success!
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation e-mail when I registered?
Once your registration is approved, you will NOT receive a confirmation email. We will deliver any requested materials by the date requested. If we have any questions we will contact you.
What are “Virtual Campaign Pages”?
It is an online personalized donation page for your team to donate funds! You can create a personalized Team Virtual Campaign Page that you can share with colleagues, family and friends to encourage them to donate funds to your drive. FUN FACT: Every $1 raised = 4 Meals!
How do I get large barrels for my drive?
Thanks so much for considering holding a food drive! Due to the COVID-19, we are temporarily halting delivery, swapping, and pickup of food collection barrels. The best way for you to support your neighbors in need during this period is by holding a virtual food drive instead.
What are “Mini Barrels”?
They are countertop cash containers for donations. Place mini countertop mini barrels at front office, entrance, breakroom to collect donations.
