We’d like to give a great big “thumbs up” to Seagate for putting together an employee match program to raise funds for Second Harvest’s Food For Children. The virtual fund drive ran from April 25th through May 13th, raising 20,632 meals. Employee donations were matched by Seagate and an anonymous food bank supporter.
This is an excellent way for organizations and their employees to make a big impact in their community. Thanks to everyone at Seagate for helping their neighbors in need in Santa Cruz County!

Givezooks is a web-based tool that allows individuals and organizations to raise money through a fundraising web page that serves as an instrument to solicit donations on behalf of Second Harvest Food Bank.
It can be as simple as having friends make a donation on your behalf in lieu of birthday gifts, or a special event created with co-workers, family and friends. It’s up to you. Every dollar you raise will make a difference in the lives of so many with nowhere else to turn.
