Healthy Protein Smoothie

Berry Smoothie


• 1 cup light (no sugar/reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt

• 1 cup skim milk, vanilla almond milk or soy milk

• 1 banana

• 3 inch cube of soft tofu

• 2 cups berries

Put yogurt, milk, banana and tofu into blender and blend until smooth. Add berries and blend again until consistency is reached.
