Citrus Salad

2 oranges

1 red grapefruit

2 Tbsp orange juice

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

4 cups spring greens lettuce

2 Tbsp walnuts

Preparation:

•  Peel/thinly slice the oranges and grapefruit

•  Put fruit slices into a large bowl

•  In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice, olive oil, and vinegar

•  Pour the mixture over the fruit segments and toss

•  Mix in the spring greens

• Top with nuts
