Weight Watchers and Soquel High Pack 3,600 Bags

A hard working group from Weight Watchers and the Soquel High School Key Club teamed up to pack 3,600 USDA commodity bags on Saturday, October 22nd. That equals 36,000 pounds, which will provide 28,125 meals.

We’d like to thank all of these fine volunteers who came to the Second Harvest warehouse and worked so hard to help us prepare for our next USDA food distribution. Special thanks to Weight Watchers for their donation of $160, which will provide 640 meals.

Soquel High School Students

We always say, we couldn’t do we do without the help of our community. Thanks for getting involved and getting the job done!

Get involved.
