Third Annual Taste of Soquel Raises 28,000 Meals

Nice shirt!

The Taste of Soquel gets more popular every year as neighbors and friends take advantage of this great opportunity to sample delicious food and wine and listen to some great music in the pleasant courtyard of the Congregational Church of Soquel. The event is co-sponsored by the church and the Capitola/Soquel Chamber of Commerce.

Food and Music for the Common Good
The event raised $7,000 and since we can provide four meals for every $1 raised, that means 28,000 meals will be distributed by Second Harvest’s network of 200 agencies and programs throughout Santa Cruz County as a result.
