Food and Music for the Common Good

Now in its fourth year, A Taste of Soquel at the Congregational Church of Soquel raised over 34,000 meals on Saturday, September 22nd. This fun community event not only raises money for Second Harvest, but also provides a fabulous opportunity for neighbors to come together and enjoy an afternoon of delicious food, wine and music.

The weather couldn’t have been better and everyone was having a great time as they munched their way through the food booths lining the church’s lovely courtyard. New this year, a special area for kids ensured the little ones were also entertained with games, arts, crafts and snacks.

Reverend Dr. Mark Fountain, Minister

We know it is no easy task to pull off an event like this and the team at Congregational Church of Soquel should be commended for the outstanding job they do every year!
