Jeremy Lezin – Chair
Jeremy Lezin, owner of Cruz Car Wash, has volunteered with many local non-profit organizations, including Rotary Board, Delta School Board, the Seymour Center, and the Rebele Family Shelter. Jeremy joined the Board in 2007. He is past Chair of Capital Campaign Major Gifts, is past Chair of the Development Committee, and Chairs the Executive Committee. |

Jim Quist – Treasurer
Jim currently is Senior VP/Senior Regional Credit Officer for Wells Fargo Bank and has 35 years in the banking business. He is presently a member of the Santa Cruz County Workforce Investment Board and the United Way Board of Trustees. He has also been a member of the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. Jim joined the Board in 2009 and currently Chairs the Finance Committee and also serves on the Audit, Governance, and Executive Committees. |

Phil Dundas – Secretary
Phil Dundas is the owner of The Landscape Company in Capitola. In his experience as a corporate attorney, he has advised the Board of Directors of numerous private and public companies. Phil joined the Board of Directors in 2008. He Chairs the Governance Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee. |

Martin Bernal – Board Member
Martin Bernal, City Manager for the City of Santa Cruz, has over 15 years experience in local government management. He has served seven years as Board Chair for Familia Center and is a board member of Leadership Santa Cruz. Martin joined the Board of Directors in 2005. He is past Board Treasurer and currently Chairs the Audit Committee. |

Tim Carl – Board Member
Tim Carl is the owner of The Carl Group, Inc., a company that provides technical communications to professionals in the Silicon Valley. In addition to serving on the Board, Tim chairs the Education Committee at Second Harvest, whose mission is: to educate and engage students, parents and school staff to understand and help end hunger and malnutrition in Santa Cruz County through a variety of projects. |

Amy Ivey – Board Member
Amy is the AVP of Marketing and Development at Bay Federal Credit Union, where she became enamored of Second Harvest through their participation in our annual Holiday Food Drive. Amy lives in Scotts Valley with her husband and two children. She serves on the Scotts Valley Athletic Association Board of Directors, is a parent volunteer for Cub Scout Pack 608 and Girl Scout Brownie Troop 1018. She currently serves on the Development Committee. |

Donna Mosich – Board Member
Donna Mosich has served on several nonprofit organizations as a committee volunteer and leader. She recently served three terms as the President of Friends of Main Street, the non-profit organization for Main Street Elementary School. Donna’s continues her involvement in the Development Committee at Second Harvest and is Co-Chair of the Hunger Fighter Selection Committee. |

Dieter is a Wealth Advisor. He has served for several years on the investment committee and the planned giving committee for the Humane Society of Silicon Valley. He is also on the Board of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Santa Cruz. Dieter joined the Board in 2010, is past Chair of the Development Committee, and currently serves on the Development Committee. |

Kristine Ronzano- Board Member
Kristine Ronzano, Vice-President/Sr.Business Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, has served on the boards of Walnut Avenue Women’s Center, Scotts Valley Little League, Santa Cruz Ballet Theatre, and Aptos Chamber of Commerce. Kristine joined the Board of Directors in 2007 and is a past Board Secretary. She currently is a member of the Audit Committee, Chairs the Development Committee, and Co-Chairs the Hunger Fighter Selection Committee. |

Jon Sisk – Board Member
Jon Sisk has worked closely with Second Harvest over the past five years through Sunrise Rotary, Lighthouse Bank, and his former employer, Coast Commercial Bank. Jon has served as chairman of the Dominican Hospital finance committee, the St. Francis High School finance committee and is currently the Vice President of the Dominican Hospital Foundation. Jon has become a valuable team member of the Development Committee. |

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Plantronics, Pat Wadors often interfaces with corporate public boards. She looks forward to leveraging her skills,to involve the Second Harvest board and other businesses in our area. Prior to joining Plantronics, Pat held management positions at Yahoo! Inc. and several other technology companies. |

Laurie Mireles – Board Member
Laurie is the Director of Grants and Outreach at Salud Para La Gente and also oversees Salud’s Food For Children program. She also serves on various health-related committees throughout Santa Cruz County. In 2009 Laurie received her PhD in Policy, Organization, Measurement and Evaluation from Berkeley School of Education. Laurie joined the Board in 2010 and currently serves on the Education Committee. |
